Privacy policy

1. Data we collect

• Your email and password (stored encrypted).
• Business information you enter: name, address, IBAN, logo, QR codes.
• Client information you add: name, contact, pets, sessions, invoices.

2. How we use that data

• To provide the service (store your data, generate PDF invoices).
• To send you operational emails (account confirmation, password reset).
• We do NOT sell your data to third parties.
• We do NOT use your data for advertising.

3. Where it's stored

Database hosted on Supabase, in Zurich (Switzerland). Your data stays in Switzerland. We comply with the requirements of the Swiss nFADP and the European GDPR. Automatic backups are kept for 7 days.

4. Your rights

• Access: you can see all your data directly in the app.
• Rectification: you can edit it at any time.
• Portability: you can export all your data to Excel from Settings → Backup.
• Deletion: write to us at contacto@cambiame.example and we'll delete your account and all your data within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We only use technical cookies needed to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
